02 Is a deposit required?
Yes, the reservation requires the payment of a deposit. All information on this subject is indicated on the website and in the booking offer.
03 Is it possible to choose a specific lodging or pitch in advance?
Our reservations office will take into consideration our guests’ requests and preferences and will try, where possible, to satisfy them, but the number of accommodation units or pitches will be communicated upon arrival.
04 When is full payment required?
Payment of the balance must be made either in advance or on the day of arrival.
05 Which payments are accepted?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) or cash up to 4.199,99 euros.
Accommodation
01 At what time is accommodation available on the day of arrival?
On arrival, your accommodation’s key is guaranteed by 5:00 pm. In case of your earlier arrival, should your accommodation not be available before that hour, you can, however, use all our facilities.
02 At what time must the accommodation be vacated on the day of departure?
The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 by returning the keys at the reception. The delay implies the charge of an additional day.
03 What is included in the accommodation price?
The price includes: electricity, water, and gas, a parking space, bed linen, air conditioning, final cleaning for stays over three nights, pool access, entertainment activities, and Wi-Fi (please note that due to the open-air layout of the resort and surrounding vegetation, a perfect connection cannot be guaranteed in every area).
04 Is it possible to rent towels?
Yes, as in the price list.
05 Can I put a tent near the accommodation?
No, it is not allowed. Tents are not allowed in the entire site.
06 Are pets allowed?
No, they are not allowed.
07 Can I rent a cot and/or highchair?
Subject to availability, it is possible to rent: cot (without pillow and bedlinen), high chair or baby pack (cot, high chair, bath tub).
Pitches
01 At what time are pitches available on the day of arrival?
02 At what time must the pitch be vacated on the day of departure?
03 What is included in the pitch price?
The price includes electricity, TV connection, use of toilets and hot showers, chemical toilet, camper service, a parking space within the pitch area, pool access, entertainment activities, and Wi-Fi (please note that due to the open-air layout of the resort and surrounding vegetation, a perfect connection cannot be guaranteed in every area). IMPORTANT: guests occupying the pitches may anchor their equipment (awnings, verandas, coverings, etc.) only to the ground and/or their own camper or caravan. Under no circumstances may plants or resort structures be used for this purpose.
04 Are tents allowed?
Only motor homes and caravans are accepted. Tents, tent trailers and folding caravans, even if with registration plates, are not allowed.
Pools
01 Which are the swimming pools' opening hours?
The pool area is open every day from 10:00 AM until 5:50 PM or 6:50 PM, depending on the period.
02 Is access to the swimming pool area free?
Yes, access to the swimming pool area is allowed only to the guests of Malibu beach and is free. Sunbeds and umbrellas are subject to payment.
03 Are pools heated?
No, pools are not heated.
04 In which periods are the pools open?
05 Is it mandatory to wear a swimming cap in the pool?
No, it is not mandatory.
Beach
01 Does the resort have direct access to the beach?
Yes, it has direct access to the beach.
02 Is the beach subject to charges?
03 Does the beach have a lifeguard service?
Yes, lifeguard service is provided.
Entertainment
01 Is the entertainment service free?
02 What are the entertainment activities?
The entertainment team organizes daily activities for children, sports activities, evening shows, group dances and baby dance.
03 When do the entertainment activities start?
The entertainment service is present for the whole period of opening. Staff and frequency of activities depend on the season.
Services

Yes, there is a restaurant/pizzeria, open for the whole season.
02 Is there a supermarket inside the resort?
Yes, it is open for the whole season.
03 Is there a laundry area in the resort?
Yes, there is a laundry area equipped with washing machines and dryers. The service is subject to payment.
04 Is Wi-Fi service available?
Yes, there is free Wi-Fi service. The quality of the signal may vary depending on the device used and on the location inside the resort. Please note that due to the open-air layout of the resort and surrounding vegetation, a perfect connection cannot be guaranteed in every area.
